St.L Bridge Jumping

I walk into the Alpine Shop in downtown Columbia to price some static line and a new harness. The employee does a nice job telling me about which brands/types they have and which he would prefer (I'm a Metolius fan but I let him do his spiel).
After that he pauses, then starts telling me how he and his buddies used to jump off of a bridge in St. Louis for funsies.
"None of us drank and we're all climbers, so we started looking for things to do with out gear. We eventually decided to jump this bridge. You have to climb a 10ft. fence to get down to a maintenance catwalk."
