More Loitering w/ Hearsay  

Here is a group photo of Columbia's homeless population, taken while walking. Pay careful attention to the man in the wheelchair. Several bystanders told me that this man has knifed a fellow vagrant over instant oatmeal packets. However, this is all hearsay.
