Matt v. St. Pat's

Kansas City has one of the largest St. Patrick's Day parades in the nation. Naturally, it was cold and raining. Seemed to me that half of the people couldn't feel it anyway, except for those poor drum corps girls hiding behind a float to stay out of the wind.
